Important Notes
The premises are intended exclusively for professional activities. Any specific installation, decoration or modification of the space must receive prior approval.
The premises are delivered clean and in very good condition, they must be returned in the same condition. The renter is responsible for removing all waste generated during the rental period.
The renter is fully responsible for all activities taking place within the premises and must ensure that they are covered by appropriate insurance where required.
The renter agrees to compensate for any damage caused by themselves or by any third party they introduce to the premises. Absolute Blue SA reserves the right to assess any damage and determine the necessary repairs or replacements.
A security deposit may be requested prior to the rental period and will be refunded after inspection of the premises, provided no damage is identified.
